This Statement has been prepared in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by the organisation during the relevant financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chains.

The organisation has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, human trafficking and all forms of exploitation. We are committed to conducting business ethically, respecting internationally recognised human rights and promoting responsible business practices throughout our global operations and supply chains.

The organisation provides technology solutions globally to public and private sector customers, supported by suppliers of hardware, software, professional services and related technologies. We recognise that certain areas of global supply chains, particularly electronics manufacturing, raw material sourcing and labour-intensive activities, may present elevated modern slavery risks. We therefore seek to apply consistent ethical standards and expectations throughout our operations and supply chains, regardless of location.

Modern slavery risks are managed through our policies, supplier governance processes and a risk-based approach to due diligence. Key controls include supplier due diligence before engagement, contractual commitments to ethical labour practices, periodic supplier reviews, enhanced due diligence for higher-risk suppliers, and corrective action where concerns are identified. Higher-risk suppliers may be required to provide evidence of their labour practices, modern slavery policies, recruitment controls, and supply chain due diligence processes.

Relevant employees receive training to help identify, prevent and report modern slavery risks. Employees, suppliers and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns in good faith through management or confidential reporting channels without fear of retaliation. Concerns are investigated appropriately and, where necessary, corrective actions are implemented, including working with suppliers to improve practices or terminating business relationships where standards cannot be met.

During the July 2025 to June 2026 reporting period, no substantiated incidents of modern slavery were identified within the organisation’s operations. We continue to monitor the effectiveness of our approach through supplier due diligence, audits, training and incident reporting, using these insights to strengthen our controls and support continual improvement.

This Statement is reviewed and approved annually following the end of each financial year. The accompanying Modern Slavery Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective, reflects evolving legal and regulatory requirements, and continues to support the organisation’s approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. Our approach is supported by our Modern Slavery Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy, Code of Conduct, and procurement procedures.

This Statement was approved by the CFO, on behalf of the organisation in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
