Aaron Ross appointed CEO to lead next chapter at Vix Technology

Vix Technology has announced the appointment of Aaron Ross as Chief Executive Officer, following his interim leadership since February 2024. Ross will continue to serve concurrently as CEO of sister company Kuba, strengthening collaboration across the two organisations.

Both Vix and Kuba are part of the ICM Mobility Group, a global asset manager reshaping the future of digital mobility. Other companies in the Group include Snapper and Littlepay.

“With Vix and Kuba aligned around a shared vision, we have an exciting opportunity to modernise mobility systems at pace and scale,” said Ross. “Together, we are harnessing innovation, expertise, and customer focus to deliver best-fit solutions that meet the evolving needs of cities and transport authorities worldwide.”

To drive this strategy, a unified executive leadership team has been established across both organisations: Tom Buerbaum (Chief Information Security Officer), Tarik Dinane (Chief Customer Officer), Michael Hart (Chief Revenue Officer), and David Hope (Chief Finance Officer).

“This is a defining moment for Vix Technology,” Ross added. “We are building on a strong foundation — deep technical expertise, market leadership in ITS and fare collection, and a reputation for engineering excellence — while evolving into a faster, more agile, and more customer-driven business.

“With the strength of our people, the quality of our solutions, and the energy of our new leadership team, we are ready to capture new opportunities and lead the next phase of innovation in mobility technology.”
