Duncan Saville
Duncan's involvement with Vix Technology and the AFC industry now extends to 15 years when he was appointed a director of Vix's predecessor company. A Chartered Accountant by profession, his corporate finance and strategic experience extends to multiple sectors including utilities, mining & resources, fund management and financial services. As well as being the Chairman of Vix Technology, Duncan helps manage a technology fund. Duncan is passionate about Vix Technology and its role as a leader and innovator in the transit industry.
Shane Quinn
Chief Executive Officer
Shane Quinn brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, commercial and customer delivery teams in the technology, telecommunications and energy sectors. He has held senior roles in Landis+Gyr (a Toshiba Company), Spark (Telecom New Zealand) and Aegis. Shane’s core areas of expertise are market planning and strategy development with a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Technology - Sydney, along with Executive Development education from IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Aaron Ross
Chief Commercial Officer
Aaron Ross has an extensive background in innovation and entrepreneurship. Over the last 15 years Aaron has established and led high-growth global enterprises spanning technology, healthcare and fintech. With two of the companies he founded, FirstCare and Cake Technologies, being acquired by Marcol and American Express, respectively. Alongside his corporate activities, Aaron has held a number of trustee and advisory appointments in not-for-profit charities such as The Princess Diana Award, United World Colleges GB and Million Mentors. Aaron also has extensive experience in strategic planning and enterprise software.
Adrian Kelly
Chief Product Officer
Adrian Kelly most recently served as Chief Product Officer at ValidSoft Limited where he led product and development teams, defining and executing product and services strategy including successfully launching the company's next generation authentication product with customers in Europe and America. He served as Director of Products and Services at Sage Group plc, where he focused on developing and executing a strategy to consolidate the product portfolio, move the business online and embed user experience excellence in key products. He led the product marketing and solutions team at SpinVox, defining innovative propositions and business models for this market leader in speech technology products and services, driving explosive growth in traffic and revenue. Adrian's 20 years of experience in accelerating growth in technology businesses and in a range of leadership roles focused on products and services is a key strength he brings to the executive leadership team.
Grant Worner
Chief Operating Officer
Grant Worner has had an international career with BP Global spanning 25 years, operating at an executive level for the last 10 years. Grant has a track record of working with multiple stakeholders to create and implement transformation strategies, having recently been the executive director of two ASX listed oil and gas exploration companies and previously the CFO of Australia's largest oil refinery. He holds a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and completed executive education courses at the London School of Economics, Cambridge, Harvard and Stanford Universities. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Sean Langton
Executive GM Engineering & Delivery
Sean Langton has 25 years' experience in the IT industry with a background in software engineering, architecture, technology strategy, management and leadership. He has delivered customer and business improvements to organisations in the financial services, chemicals, mining and logistics industries. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Bankwest, a division on Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He holds an MSc Computer Science from University of Wales, Cardiff. Sean is passionate about the role technology can play in the community, and sits on advisory boards at Curtin University and the Autism Association for Software Quality Assurance which helps create employment pathways for students on the Autism spectrum.
