Her career spans senior roles in the UK, New Zealand and Australia, including HRL Morrison & Co, Spark (Telecom New Zealand), Shell New Zealand, Infratil Energy Australia, and British Telecom PLC. Her extensive experience includes managing strategic business planning, organisational design, investments, and the delivery of information and communication technology solutions. Rhoda holds an M.S.C degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Management from the University of London.
Mark Dinnison, CA
Chief Commercial Officer
Mark Dinnison brings more than a decade of leadership experience across international technological, finance and energy corporations. These include Lumo Energy, HRL Morrison and Company, and KPMG New Zealand, where his various management roles comprised of driving technological, financial and strategic results. Mark’s other areas of expertise include consulting, accounting and auditing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.

Shane Quinn brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, commercial and customer delivery teams in the technology, telecommunications and energy sectors. He has held senior roles in Landis+Gyr (a Toshiba Company), Spark (Telecom New Zealand) and Aegis. Shane’s core areas of expertise are market planning and strategy development with a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Technology - Sydney, along with Executive Development education from IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Aaron Ross contributes a rich background in innovating and leading high-growth global enterprises spanning technology, healthcare and fintech industries. This includes his role as CEO and founder of CityHawk and Cake apps, along with the management of educational and not-for-profit charities such as The Diana Award, United World Colleges GB National Committee, and FirstCare – of which he was also founder and chief executive. Aaron also has extensive experience in strategic planning and enterprise software.

Simon Smith brings more than 20 years of experience directing technological and business solutions across Australian media, online, telecommunications, finance, consulting and healthcare sectors. These include News Digital Media, AAPT, Sydney Airport Corporation, Pantha Corporation, Omnilab Media Group, WebCentral, RedBallon and Vividwireless, where his leadership roles included implementing enterprise level technology solutions to enable business opportunities, while managing costs and risks. Simon’s other areas of expertise are strategic business planning, e-commerce and digital strategy, and technology architecture and integration. He holds a Bachelor of IT from the University of Queensland.
